Refresher Course - must be a licensed cosmetologist. Instruction offered in areas of need. A minimum of 8 hours.

Administrative fee $20.00

A make-up fee of $5.00 is charged for every hour needed to reach the state level minimum requirements after the contract completion date and a no charge period of 80 hours are reached.
