Manicuring - A course of training with a minimum of 350 hours of instruction and practice covering a contracted period of continuous scheduled training (Upon completion a student will leave with the basic skills necessary to enter the field of manicuring, upon passage of a state ad-ministered licensing exam).

A make-up fee of $5.00 is charged for every hour needed to reach the rate level minimum requirements after the contract completion date and the no charge period of 80 hours are reached.
